Dog Boarding Contract for the Year of 2025

This agreement is between Hagan and Sarah Lee (Hollow Hills Kennels) and 

____________________________________________ (owner(s)) for the purpose of boarding your dog. **All boarding fees are due when the dog arrives at Hollow Hills Kennels. Cost of boarding per night is $30 per dog, for 2 dogs from the same house hold the total is $45 per night for the two dogs. There will be a half day charge of $15 (per dog) if said dog is pickup after 3pm. (Prices are subject to change). Holiday weeks are $35 per night.

I, _____________________________________________ am the owner(s) of the said dog. Owner authorizes Hollow Hills Kennels to use the veterinary hospital of their choice to provide all veterinary and/or emergency care necessary for the health and well being of said dog during the boarding period. Owner agrees to pay for any and all expenses related to that care. Owner agrees to vaccinate or have vaccinated dogs that are boarded for the following canine diseases before placing them in our care. Proof of the vaccination requirement is mandatory to this agreement.

Canine Distemper, Infectious Hepatitis, Canine Parvovirus, and Canine Adenovirus , Parainfluenza, Bordatella and Rabies.

Owner agrees to provide meds for the administration of monthly flea, tick and heartworm preventative if applicable. Owner certifies the dog is currently on a flea, tick and heartworm preventative.

Hollow Hills Kennels shall not be liable for any damages to the dog arising out of or from the boarding of the dog or that may accrue from any cause whatsoever in connection with such boarding, including loss by fire, theft, running away, death or injury during the term of this agreement.

Owner shall be solely responsible for all acts and behavior of the dog at any time during the term of this agreement, and in no case shall Hollow Hills Kennels be liable for the dog’s acts and behavior. Owner shall hold harmless Hollow Hills Kennels, its agents and employees, defending and indemnifying them against any and all claims for damages or injuries, whether to person or property, arising out of the boarding of the dog.

Hollow Hills Kennels reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any dog, in which Hollow Hills Kennels will have no further obligation to the owner and Hollow Hills Kennels will refund pro-rated per diem charges for days remaining time in contract term. In this event the owner agrees to immediately pick up their dog.

In the unlikely event of a dog dying while at Hollow Hills Kennels, the owner understands and agrees it is their responsibility to remove and properly dispose of the dog’s remains.

Owner releases all rights to use any images taken at the kennel facility to be used for promotional purposes by Hollow Hills Kennels.

The undersigned owner understands and agrees that he/she and his/her dog will be in close proximity to other dogs. I release any and all claims against and liability and financial obligation of Hollow Hills Kennel, staff, agents, employees, administrators, heirs for foreseen and unforeseen loss or injury to person and/or property, know and unknown, to undersigned, his/her dog and any minor children accompanying the undersigned on any premises used by Hollow Hills Kennel.

The undersigned agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Hagan & Sarah Lee d/b/a Hollows Hills Kennel, staff, agents, administrators, heirs, contractors and trainers from loss, injury or damage that might result to him/her and his/her minor children and/or pets and/or that may be caused by the undersigned and/or his/her dog to others while on premised operated by Hagan & Sarah Lee d/b/a Hollow Hills Kennel.

This is the sole agreement between owner and Hollow Hills Kennel. Any prior agreements, promises, negotiations or representations not expressed in this contract are of no force or effect. Terms in this contract apply to future boarding of my dog(s).
